Mind over Matter four week Mindset and Motivational Bootcamp

So many of us have lost our resolve and motivation throughout the last 13 months.
A collective trauma, this is our wartime.
But we can bounce back better than ever.
If you are feeling sluggish and defeated, lacking motivation, or just all round blugghhh…. this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Identify and make a plan to achieve your goals. Get your MOJO back and hit the ground running once we are released from lockdown!

● Group coaching through 4 weeks of Motivational based topics
● Access to exclusive Mind over Matter Motivation Facebook group for peer support and info. This is a lifetime admission for continued support
● Four week goal setting journal and food diary
● Access to videos, documentaries and podcasts to support each weeks topic
● Information released on Mondays.
● Discussion and guest speakers Thursday evenings @7pm You choose your level of involvement - obviously the more you put in the more you get out, but we get that life is still running in the background so no major pressure! What’s included and what is it all about?

Week 1 

Self Assessment

A soft intro and a week of self discovery. We are all beautifully unique, no one body or desire is the same. Find out more about yourself so you know where to start - make sure you are working to the beat of your own drum!
● Psychological personality test - learn more about what motivates you and makes you tick (this is a really fun exercise!)
● Discover the best way to work for your personality type - so useful in every aspect of life
● Food diary - Keep track of what you’re really eating and upto through the week (no cheating!)
● Activity log - Track how much you are exercising or moving throughout the day We will use this info to identify your baseline. It is from here we can make plans and start to build the foundations for real change!
Week 2

Planning for long-term results


So here is where we get down to business in identifying your goals and motivations to achieve them - even if you haven’t a clue where to start. The beauty of coaching…
● The Art of Goal Setting - there is a process, and depending on your results from week one we will choose which is best for you
● Discover your WHY
● Motivation - How to find it, keep it and stay on course. An art in itself.
● Mindset work - exercises to change the tape in your head and stay focused. Major life skills!
● Negate excuses. Forever. Learning to take ownership and empower yourself to keep going. Always!

Week 3

Food and Fueling for Success

Food is our fuel, for both body and mind. You wouldn’t expect an Audi to run well on chip oil, so it makes sense that your body and mind need optimal fuel too.
● The top 5 slower downers - a brief intro to the top 5 most common allergens and effects on body and mind. You can decide where you need to cut back or review
● Food/Mood and an intro to toxicity
● Food as fuel - how to incorporate small changes for optimal results (there are a few surprises here)
● Diary analysis - you can submit your week one food diary for anonymous analysis to the group and small suggestions to make a huge difference
Week 4

Lockdown Lift-Off

By now you will have learned about yourself and gained skills to hit the ground running after lockdown. This week is about review and staying on a course of action for the future you.
● Review of Goals list from Week Two - add to them,
● How to keep momentum and be your own coach
● Tips and Extras for mindset, motivation, movement and diet
● So,what now? - Exercise in discovering other areas of life needing attention
